And Tracy, good for you! I made bread today from the recipe I sent you and it turned out well too. Was your recipe a bread machine recipe or an oven recipe. Oven bread does turn out softer than machine bread, but dumping everything in the machine is much easier. 

I have one question. If I get hungry and it&#039;s not time to eat anything, can I eat veggies, meat or cheese and it be &quot;OK&quot;? We have a copy of the book, but are mostly using the lists, so we might be missing a few tips.
